The Foundations
Before my work moved more deeply into coaching, depth psychology, and transformation, I spent years immersed in the world of health and wellbeing as a personal trainer, yoga and meditation teacher, and health coach.
Refuel For Life was written during that chapter of my life after experiencing burnout, anxiety, chronic stress, and a major personal wake-up call in my twenties.
The book explores four foundational areas of wellbeing:
Move Well. Eat Well. Sleep Well. Think Well.
Inside are practical tools and reflections around movement, nutrition, stress, emotional wellbeing, meditation, recovery, and creating a healthier relationship with both body and mind.
Although my work has evolved over the years, I still believe transformation often begins with the foundations. When the body and nervous system are depleted, it becomes difficult to access clarity, creativity, meaning, and emotional depth.
This book was an important part of my journey and I still share it for those wanting to improve their health, energy, mindset, and overall wellbeing.
